In 1984, upon my return from military service, I decided to take on my parent’s estate in Marcillac, proudly preserving the family legacy. Gradually I expanded and restructured the vineyard that today covers 22.5 hectares.
Pumping over and delestage during fermentation, perfect control of temperatures. Racking after malolactic fermentation followed by aging in concrete vats.
The bright garnet color. The pleasing nose offers a delicate combination of fruity and floral notes. On the palate, exceptional full freshness blends with distinctive, mouth-watering tannins evoking licorice.
